Would a C02 laser treatment help soften crows feet wrinkles around the eyes?

I have crow's feet around my eyes that do not go away when I stop smiling. I am 60 yo. I take great care of my skin. Would a C02 laser treatment help soften these wrinkles? I have thin skin and am very fair.

Your skin looks very very good from the photos. I would be very careful not to do something too aggressive, like CO2 laser and develop hyperpigmentation, making your skin look worse. I would suggest sticking to chemical peels and microneedling for pigmentation and skin quality maintenance.
