How can I treat hypertrophic acne scars on nose and chin? (Photos)

20 had extreme acne all of a sudden when i was around 15-16 al the way up until i was 18 and still i get acne now and even more recently, ive been getting it around my chin, this has gone on too long, I have been trying my best to take care of my skin with skincare products but nothing seems to work
