I have skin colored bumps on my chin, jawline and chest area for 3 years. ı did accutane course and it did not help. I want to try co2 laser or low cauterizaion. only with bumps. which treatment will be more safe?

I have been treating papular acne scars of the nose and chin for many years with gratifying results. My preferred treatment is using low intensity electrocautery to treat each individual papule without the need to employ approaches that more aggressively denude the entire field of papules and intervening normal skin. The procedure is very quick and performed using local anesthesia, and hence is painless. 
Two other potential treatments include Scalpel Sculpting and intralesional injections of an anti-inflammatory agent to flatten them. Not uncommonly, at a first patient visit, I will do a test site using each of the aformentioned approaches to ensure that the best approach for that particular patient is used. Most often, however, the electocautery approach proves the most efficacious. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar treatment specialist and best of luck.
