Will another procedures results last longer than C02 results for under eye crease darkness?

So I had a lower bleph to remove eye bags, under eye co2 (fractional) + fat transfer. This was 1 1/2 years ago. Initially it looked great, but the skin under the eyes (mostly just the crease area) has started to look poor again, and I have the dark veins showing through again is there a procedure (besides co2) that can address the dark veins in addition to building up the collagen under the eyes!? I know co2 worked really well but in my case for the dark marks it only lasted like 9 months. thanks!
