An experienced injector can strategically administer dermal fillers to volumize and balance specific areas of the face. The results from filler injections can last for approximately 6-12 months.
Implants can also be customized for the cheek, chin, or jawline to reshape the face for permanent results, though silicone implants can be removed in the future if desired. In the photos your lower facial balance is deficient. Your chin is both short and recessive. I would recommend starting with an advancement and lengthening genioplasty. This would improve your overall facial balance.

Based on these photos, there are several things to consider. Nose surgery (rhinoplasty) will soften your profile, while augmentation of the chin my mans of implant or genioplasty will improve short and retruded chin and lower face. First, the object of treatments is to make YOU look the best you can, not to look like someone else whose bone structure, etc. may be different. That being said, in experienced hands, the use of various HA fillers, each with its own designated use(s) could quite easily be used in this case to create a more feminine, heart-shaped face and diminish tear troughs in front face view; straighten and define the jawline in profile view; and augment the chin so that its projection can be in greater harmony with the projections of the tip of the nose and lips in profile view. For this you would be wise to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Liquid facelifts require both and artistic approach, as well as science, and thus should not be left to cut-rate venues selling treatments by the syringe and relying only on simple fillers like plain Restylane or ordinary Juvederm. An experienced injector can do all of the above in about 30-40 minutes and with results that typically elicit an immediate "Wow!" reaction. Hi Tannaj! There are definitely options to improve your facial definition, especially your jawline. Minimally invasive options include filler such as Radiesse which can help stimulate collagen. Fillers don't last permanently and you may require substantial volumes to achieve the result you want. Surgically, you can add implants. There are all different types that can be placed at the chin, jawline, and cheeks. The results are quite impressive. At your young age, though, you can have issues with an implant causing bony changes 20-30 years down the road. A genioplasty can help move your jaw permanently forward. Absolutely! Filler can really help to balance your features! To achieve this result, filler should be injected in two main areas: midface and the chin area. Your chin is a little short in length. One additional benefit that can be achieved from filler in the chin area is your submental area/double chin will significantly soften and improve. I would not recommend having a permanent chin implant as this would create challenges to injecting the chin area in the future.

There is the 'ideal' and the 'masking' approach. Ideally, your lower jaw needs to be moved forward/orthodontics as well; for the most natural approach. Added procedures at the same time can be considered. Masking means that you just leave the recessed jaw and attempt to make it look more prominent and defined with jawline augmentation/ genioplasty/cheekbone procedures.
