I had a cheekbone widening 3 years ago and it made my upper lip change alot. It made my lip sag and portrude forward. My lip is dry all the time and causes some kind of scarring tissue making my lip appear more fat in the middle. My lip hurts when I wake up, shower or eat and even when I don't put an ointment on it for more than 1 hour. Is there any way to fix this issue? Would a facelift help to lift the whole lip up or pull my lip more inwards again? Is it possible to put back again?

Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
