Snoring during Septoplasty recovery and coughing severely. After the healing process, will my snoring most likely go away?

I had septoplasty 3 days ago. I know coughing is common with this surgery and thinking maybe because they also had issues getting the tube down so may be added irritation. My coughing has been constant for 3 days straight similar to how I feel when I have strep throat. But I was told if I snore normally that it will be increased during this time. After the healing process will my snoring most likely go away? This made me nervous to hear since I was hoping it would be resolved with this surgery.

If you just had a septoplasty there is no reason why you should not be able to wear glasses as they sit on the nasal bones and the septum is all internal cartilage and bone not directly related to the nasal bones, of course ask your surgeon to be sure.
