Post Inflammatory Erythema after TCA CROSS - would it be safe to get IPL done? (photo)

I had TCA cross 100% done about 5 and a half weeks ago. It took a long time for the scabs to flake off and I'm left with red marks. I was wondering when it would be safe to get IPL, pico, or pulse dye done. I don't want to interfere with wound healing. I was also wondering if retin a or a peel like Cosmelan would help and when I can begin.
