Ultherapy & Autoimmune - is it safe for someone with Behçet's disease? Are there safer alternatives?

I have Behçet's disease and am considering Ultherapy for neck and jawline tightening. My presentation is primarily systemic — joint pain, fatigue, and chills — with minimal skin involvement. I currently only take Colchicine as needed for mouth ulcerations. My specific concerns about Ultherapy given Behçet's: 1. Given Behçet's is a vasculitis condition, is the focused ultrasound energy used in Ultherapy a meaningful risk near superficial blood vessels — or is this concern less relevant for someone with my low-cutaneous, systemic-dominant presentation? 2. For a Behçet's patient with minimal pathergy response, is Ultherapy a relative contraindication that could be managed with proper precautions — or would you consider it absolute? 3. Would you recommend Thermage FLX as a safer alternative given its shallower RF energy and less focused vascular targeting? Have you treated any patients with autoimmune or vasculitis conditions with Ultherapy? If so, what precautions did you take and what was the outcome? Thank you for your clinical perspective.
