35 year old with jowls - how can I lift the area? (Photos)

I’m getting married in 7 months and feel self conscious about my Jowls. Is there anything that can help lift them so they look like the image of my pulling my skin upwards?

Thank you for your question. At age 35, mild to moderate jowling is often related to early skin laxity and soft-tissue descent. Non-surgical treatments can help improve this to a degree, but it’s important to set realistic expectations.
Treatments such as Endolift or HIFU can be good options to tighten the skin and improve jawline definition. Many patients do see noticeable improvement, especially when laxity is still mild, and these treatments can be done well ahead of your wedding with minimal downtime.
However, the lifted look you see when you pull the skin upward with your hand can only be fully achieved with surgical procedures such as a facelift. Non-surgical options will not create that same level of lift.
That said, Endolift or HIFU can still give you a firmer, more refreshed appearance and may be a very reasonable choice given your timeline.

Congratulations on your wedding! After reviewing your photos again, it appears that your "jowls" are primarily caused by skin laxity rather than excess fat. In this case, liposuction isn't the answer.
