Can anything smooth my lip creases WITHOUT filler? (Photos)

Question

Context: I’m a 25 year old. I have extremely deep creases on my lips (in spite of being hydrated, and using humectants & locking them in with occlusives on my lips). The deepest creases I have are along my bottom lip. The ONLY thing I want to change about my lips is smoothing these creases (not changing the shape, color, or size of my lips). I do not want to use any kind of filler. Is there any documented or case of treating lip creases without filler by a physician?

Yes, there are non-filler options to improve the appearance of deep lip creases—especially in a young patient like yourself who is already practicing excellent hydration and barrier support. The easiest thing you can do is use some kind of a gentle lip plumper, which makes your lips swell a tiny bit and at the same time use lipstick or gloss

I don’t think you’re going to find a treatment that gives you the results you want without having some intervention.
Maybe someone else will have a better recommendation.
Fillers, if you’re willing to try them, may give some improvement, but these lines may still persist.
