It is possible that it is filler, but it would probably present differently if it was migration from your lip filler- almost as a mustache rather than a single bump. Was product injected above the lip for any reason? Certain fillers can cause something called granulomas, which are essentially hard balls of product which requiring dissolving if present. If you choose to dissolve, yes it is possible that some of the dissolving agent would travel down to the lip and dissolve the filler. If your injector injects directly into the lump and the lump shrinks, as dissolving agents such as hylenex are immediate, then you know its filler. If some of your lip gets dissolved, you can touch it up but it is important to wait 2 weeks after your dissolving session to refill your lips so that all of the dissolving agent can work its way out of the area.
