How can I treat the damage caused by the lip filler "kopolymer polyacrylamide" that I had 20 years ago? My lips looked perfect for the first couple of year. Then after 3 years it started forming bumps but it was still normal. Until 10 yearss ago the colors of my lips started changing and the borders became uneven in shape. If i put lipstick they will look normal but without i can see all the damage. Im sure there should be a way to treat them considering the technology we have now.

I am sorry that this has happened to you. I have been cautioning my regular followers for many years now about the problems that may arise with the use of permanent fillers of any kind, which includes, as likely is the case here, the delayed development of bumps and nodules five, ten or even twenty years after treatment. 
While treating such complications can admittedly be quite difficult,  I am loath to recommend surgical removals owing to the risks for the development of disfiguring scars. I have fortunately had gratifying results over the years treating patients who have come to me with this problem using an algorithm of varying combinations, concentrations and amounts of intralesional anti-inflammatory agents.  You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert and best of luck.

Managing complications from PAAM filler can be difficult to.
The filler creates channels in the tissues and is known to migrate.
At this point, it’s hard to know if there are residual pockets of filler that may need to be drained.
Any attempt at managing this is going to have a certain degree of uncertainty and risk involved.
Consult with local plastic surgeons to see what each one has to say.
There’s no single definitive best treatment.
