V Beam on severe rosacea? (Photos)

Question

I have severe rosacea +acne. Now on BP to keep pustules away. I have had 2 sessions with NO improvement. Settings 7.25 joules and 10 msec. I know its kinda low and last time i got 2 rounds. What helps best for broken vessels? Spot size? Adding also pics. They told me that they wont use high settings now as they r afraid to burn me but i think its kinda bs right? +flushing and burning a lot! Simplified skincare, no coffee no sugar no alcohol no spices, lots of veggies and smooties

I would talk to them about IPL.  I always tell my patients that redness is a lifelong battle and will require maintenance treatments but I have found that IPL tends to work better for certain types of redness.  Best of luck!
