How to get rid of dent above mouth? (photo)

I have a dent only on the right side above my mouth, under my nose. Is there any way to get rid of it without putting fillers directly into the dent. I don't want to end up with a lopsided mouth.

You can use fillers or fat to fill in the depression of your upper lip. Another possible choice is to remove the dent. Regardless of what  is done you don't want a "lopsided lip" so pick an experienced physician who is skilled in all possible alternative treatments.
