How to get rid of dent above mouth? (photo)

I have a dent only on the right side above my mouth, under my nose. Is there any way to get rid of it without putting fillers directly into the dent. I don't want to end up with a lopsided mouth.

Thank you for submitting your questions an photo. Fat grafting can lead to asymmetry in the first few weeks. Final results take 6 months. There this time if there is assymetry there are watys to safely treat.  Discuss your concerns with your Plastic Surgeon. Best wishes

The lips are notorious for poor survival of transfered fat, there for it usually takes 2-3 fat transfer sessions to get a nice result. This may be due to the large amount of movement of the lips.

One concern is how well the fat that was originally transferred lasted after the transfer. If a large %of the transferred fat was resorbed, you may want to try a different location the next time.

Swelling can last anywhere from 2-4 weeks. In some people it can last even longer. You should discuss your concerns with your PS as you have already had the procedure.Best,
