Fractionated lasers or light salicylic acid peels work well to help improve this along with skin lightening creams.  I suggest making an appointment with a cosmetic dermatologist.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for posting your question. For hyperpigmented dark scars like yours, IPL intensive pulse light treatments can help lightening them and making them less noticeable. Applying hydroquinone bleaching cream can also help lightening the scars. Best of luck.
