I've searched all around the internet and I can't find a procedure that can reduce the vermilion border of my lips. There's this procedure called lip reduction but I don't want to make my whole size lips smaller just wanna reduce the upper vermillion border of my lip.

Hello! It is impossible to answer the question without a photo of YOUR lips. I would recommend a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to discuss your options. Often surgery is performed on the mucosa (pink portion of the lip) to avoid disruption to the very important landmark of the vermillion, but again, impossible to determine without a photo of your lips.
