Could my injured lips be repaired? (Photos)

Injured lips. Healed after stitches but right side of upper lip is larger than left one. Also lumpy and still hurts. Drinking soda bottle difficult as right side gets to bottle top sooner . Appears swollen lip swollen on inside too. Blister on top of right lip also. I talk with slight lisp.
