I wore braces for my overbite and they were perfect, but I was in an accident where my face was bruised badly and now I have a protruding mouth that is wide, my nose is also wide and teeth look terrible. I had ultherapy and the impact of the accident threw all of that work out as you can see bags, smiling lines, and neck. When I had it done it looked great but the accident ruined the work. You can see the mouth is monkey looking.
