I had minimal liposuction done on my lower abdomen right above my scar line from a tummy tuck to get rid of some residual fat, along with a minor scar revision about three weeks ago. I get extremely bloated when I am on my period, which I am on now. Does the bloat affect the healing process at all? I know I had swelling for a week after the procedure and I felt like it was going down, but now I just look more swollen again. I am still wearing my compression garment 24/7.
