How can I get rid of left over fluids from liposuction without draining it ?

 there's not much that you can do to help swelling after liposuction. Diuretics are occasionally used but there benefit will be quite marginal. They can have unwanted side effects as well.

You have to be more specific. Do you mean swelling? Or do you mean fluid like a seroma?  They are treated very differently.

Following liposuction, treated areas may have fairly significant swelling and retained fluid.  If your surgeon leaves access incisions open, this fluid usually resolves more rapidly than if incisions are closed.  Fluid shifts, particularly with large volume liposuction, can be significant.  I generally advise against diuretics (fluid pills) in the postoperative period unless they are medically necessary.  Patience is difficult following any aesthetic procedure because we want to see immediate results, but do your best to be patient and you will likely be very pleased with your outcome.  

It sounds like you may have a seroma. If so, it is important that you get it drained as soon as possible!The longer a seroma is present, the higher the chance is of it becoming permanent.If you do have a seroma, it should be drained frequently. Sometimes it requires placing drains.Your surgeon should have someone covering for him or her!  You should not wait.I do not recommend you try to drain anything yourself.Please get evaluated.Best of luck,Mats Hagstrom, M.D.
