Is there a surgical or non surgical way to bring my eyes slightly closer together? (Photo)

So I know that there is a procedure to bring the eyes closer together, but that is reserved for more severe cases. I don’t have a severe case but I do have slightly wider set eyes than the norm & want to know if there is a way to bring them a little closer. I want to know if there’s any doctors out there that offer a solution for that for aesthetic reasons. Admittedly this bothers me a lot, I just want to like my eyes pls help me

In looking at these photos however, it is not immediately obvious that this lesion represents a chalazia. I strongly recommend that you see an ASOPRS fellowship trained oculoplastic surgeon to be assessed for this. If they agree it may be a chalazia, kenalog injection is a very good treatment...

In fact, removing lower eyelid fat can lead to a more hollowed under eye appearance. Depending on your examination, you may be a candidate for artfully placed injectable filler to fill the lower eyelid groove. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
