Hi! Would a sliding genioplasty help my lip incompetence issue? I have to focus on keeping my mouth closed or it hangs open. I have Botox and filler in my chin but without it there is significant orange peeling.

There are many options and we treat this often. We can augment or reduce the jaw in almost any dimension and direction to create the shape you want. There are sometimes other procedures that are recommended together with jaw surgery to improve the appearance. A video consultation is a great step.
