How can I fix my eyes that are two different shapes? (Photos)

Hello, I hope all is well. Some information regarding my eyes include being born six weeks early and having strabismus and an astigmatism in one eye. I haven’t gotten Lasix or any other procedures done on my eye before. How can I get my eyes to look more similar?

Eyelid and eyeshape asymmetries can be very common, and the good news is there is a lot we can do cosmetically to create more balance between your eyes. An endoscopic brow lift would help address any heaviness sitting over the eyes and lift the brows into a more even position, and when combined with a very subtle upper eyelid blepharoplasty (removing a touch more skin on the left side to match the hooding and shape of the right) the two eyes can look much more balanced together. 
The brow lift incisions are small and hidden entirely within the hairline, and recovery from this combination is quite manageable, with most patients experiencing some swelling and bruising but minimal discomfort, returning to work within about one to one and a half weeks.
