Your legs and thighs do not show too much excess fat, but the EMSCulpt can be used to help tone and build muscle. With treatment, your skin might stretch some, so initially start at lower levels as see how well you do. If you are super stretchy, then avoid EMSculpt.

I don’t think this treatment is going to do much for your lower extremities. Your pictures show lower extremities that are very typical for someone your age. I do not see evidence of lymphedema.
Ehrlod Danlos syndrome is a potentially serious condition, and if you have that should be getting monitored for some of the conditions that come with that disease.
In regards to Aesthetic improvement I think you will find treatment that will give great results.
I wish I could be more optimistic. I recommend moving forward with caution, especially if spending excess money is of concern.
