Protruding tissue after Emsculpt? (Photo)

Question

I had emsculpt done on my stomach just over a year ago. I did it for toning and to get a 6 pack. It looked great for a few months and now I can see what looks like protruding muscle/tissue. It looks very bulky and I am unsure why it is doing this. Have you seen this before? Any idea what this is? It’s almost like the “abs” have been pushed outward.

You have lost some of the toning and can go back for more sessions. You probably need to do a boost least every 3 months to maintain good tone. Otherwise, you will probably sag back out again.

There are two primary reasons why someone may have a bulging abdominal wall. One is having previous pregnancies that cost muscle separation. The other is an individuals who have excess visceral fat. For individuals with visceral, fat weight loss will fix the problem, and is the only solution. Muscle separation from previous pregnancies is best corrected with a full tummy tuck.
