You are a great candidate. Any patient that can use general structural volume is a good candidate for Sculptra. We use Sculptra as our go-to treatment for global volume loss in the face and we see superior results compared to dermal fillers.

Lumps caused by Sculptra 5 months ago & swollen face - how can this be resolved?

I have found that injection of Kenalog, which is a steroid, normally will resolve palpable lumps from Sculptra treatment. The other treatment that can help would be injection of 5-FU, which is not a steroid.
