It is improbable that botulinum toxin will alleviate the tension you are feeling in your face but this actually more likely than the change in the lip you are looking for. If you are serious about changing the lips to make it more balanced, Restylane filler is likely your best option. I am not suggesting this before and after image was not achieved with a botulinum toxin treatment. What I am suggesting is that this type of result is highly improbable without filler which is much more likely to reliably achieve this sort of result. These are not images of your actual lip. There is no substitute for an actual in person consultation.
