This is a very specific question that depends on your specific anatomy and dynamics, requiring evaluation.  In general, there are minor differences in internal ptosis surgery technique. However, this will not be the right surgery for you.  Based on your photos, you have a frank anterior levator dehiscence ptosis.  Your levator is not in its normal anatomic position.  The Muellerectomy as a surgery will be disappointing for you.  It works by plication or folding of the elevator tendon.  With the levator not in the correct position,  the muellerectomy is not effective.  While the physiological response to correcting the ptosis is a relaxation of the eyebrow position, the precise amount of this cannot be predicted.  Also when the outcome of the surgery is unsuccessful or disappointing, so is the change in the brow position.
