Treatments for small bumps on nipple piercings ? (Photo)

Question

Currently I have nipple piercings, I got them almost a year ago. I still have small bumps, they’ve reduced a lot with the hydrocortisone my doctor gave me (3 weeks of application) and I do sea salt soaks. Anything else to reduce the bumps? Or just be patient?

Thank you for your quesitons.You should have the "bumps" examined by a Plastic Surgeon. If this is hypertrophic scarring or kelloids, you will benefit from local steroid injections. based on your picture it appear to be inflammation process, still going there are two options
1-Wait, and do not use local steroids
2-Remove the piercing
