I am planning to get BA and also have a BBL. I have the nexplanon implant ( etonogestrel) birth control in my arm. Should I take this off before surgery? I know all birth control increases chances, but I’m wondering if I should keep it or take it off. I do not smoke. Some surgeons I have consulted with say take it off and some say keep it so I am confused as I have no chosen a surgeon yet.
