I have been injected with filler in my lips numerous times, with no complications. I went to a different plastic surgeon this last time around, who pricked my lips several times, and I can see the marks from where the needle entered, 4 days later. I did all that I was told I should do, including icing religiously for 2 days, took SinEcch before and after the injections, bromelain, etc., put Neosporin on lips. I steered clear of NSAIDs for 2 weeks prior. Is this permanent?

Answer: Needle marks after juvederm injection in lips
The glabella area is a very sensitive area with the vessels and lends itself well to Botox. However, Juvederm is a thicker product and is not advised in the area. It sounds as if everything is fine with you, however. Best, Dr. Green
It is absolutely safe to have filler done in the front with a crown. The fillers should be safely injected into that area. Please be certain to consult a board certified dermatologist with a great deal of experience with cosmetic fillers. Best, Dr. Green
