What are the best treatments for deep back acne scarring? (Photos)

Question

I had severe cystic acne on my face neck and back from 15-25, went on accutane twice and now I don’t get many cysts, just a pimple here and there. I am 29 now and have been left with really bad scarring on upper back/shoulders. My face and neck aren’t that bad. In the picture I do have a gel on, so it looks shinier than normal where the light is hitting. Also not sure if some scars hypertrophic but many are atrophic for sure I’ve been using topicals for over two years now and haven’t seen that much progress. Maybe the PIH faded a little bit but not a lot. I’m thinking of getting in office treatments but not sure what to get. One dermatologist suggested rf microneedling, another said co2 fractional, another said pico with chemical peel, another said just wait it out to fade

For indented boxcar and rolling scars, consider subcision for Elevating and smoothing them.
For elevated hypertrophic or keloid scars, consider intralesinally injected anti-inflammatory agents to flatten them.
For overall improvement in skin texture and for fading post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, consider a series of SUPERFICIAL betahydroxy acid  peels using high concentrations of beta hydroxyacid.  
For generalized improvement in superfical color and texture, consider manually performed, mechanical Microneedling ( no need for the added expense or risks for adverse reactions from RF Microneedling).
