Hey there! I just wanted to share my thoughts on my experience with my amazing doctor, Susanna. She has been my go-to doctor for several treatments and I must say she's an absolute gem.

Not only is she compassionate, but she is also an excellent listener who genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes her time to evaluate everything before proceeding with any procedures, which is something I truly appreciate.

I love how she always impresses me with her knowledge of the science of aesthetics that she gets from attending conferences around the world. Although we miss her when she's away, it's all worth it when she comes back with so much more to offer us!

But what I appreciate the most is her outstanding aftercare. She always follows up with me to ensure that I am healing well and that there are no complications. This level of care and attention has been so reassuring, and I feel safe knowing that I am in good hands.

That's why I have always returned to her practice whenever I need a treatment. She's simply the best!

Susanna is an excellent practioner. Her work is always excellent and she has a warm and welcoming manner. She does not push unnecessary procedures upon you and offers careful advice and follow ups. She is also kind and likeable and I consider her a friend.

Susanna is lovely. She gave me as much time as I needed to make me feel listened to and understood as to my aim for the look of the procedure. I had a loss of volume on one cheek and so had dermal filler to create an even look. She used a cannular which I know is the safest method of injection. I was really happy with the outcome and the price.

Efficient, relaxed and gives the best/natural results. I’ve had multiple compliments on the natural look of my botox and filler treatments. I also receive the look I ask for and not a prescribed look as some others may do. Very reasonable prices and I couldn’t recommend enough.

I came to Dr Alberti for the aqualyx fat dissolved injection for chin & neck area, 1st treatment we met At the green clinic in oxford she was professional, high knowledge of the treatment talked you through the procedure and after care, 2nd time was done at dr Alberti home (headington) this time it was like walking into a neighbours home in for cup of tea, she was welcoming, made you feel comfortable, kept professional all they through making the treatment quick & straightforward! She offers a list of treatments & knows her treatments well, I recommend her as she is flexible, knowledgeable & advices you on treatments for the result one desires.

I have never written a review before but felt compelled to do so due to the very disappointing outcome of my treatment by Susanna. She is warm and welcoming and I'm sure has many satisfied clients. However, in my case she has left my face in a mess. I had fillers to smooth out lines in the lower part of my face and to plump things up. However, I've been left with chipmunk type swellings which in turn have pushed the skin around my lines (which the treatment was meant to address) together making them even more pronounced. Rather than rejuvenating my face it just looks odd, friends have asked whether I have mumps or swollen glands rather than saying that I look well! 

When Susanna saw the photo she said it was 'difficult' to see the problem but as you can see from the attached photo the problem i.e the lump is very obvious! In addition, I had botox in the forehead and I asked Susanna before having it whether it would cause my eyebrows to push downwards creating an even more hooded effect on the eyes, but as you can also see from the photos it has had just that result increasing the 'hood' on my eyelids.

I have spoken to Susanna about the problems and shown her photos and she has offered to melt the fillers, however I have returned to Italy which is where I live and so this is not an option. I have asked her to consider a refund but this has been ignored. I'm very, very upset - it was a lot of money (1400) that I had saved up as a treat after a very difficult year and I now have to live with a very odd looking face until the treatment subsides. Very disappointing and I really would not recommend her based on my experience which is that I have ended up with a face which looks older and oddly shaped.
