I had small revision rhinoplasty 4 weeks ago to rasp the sides of my bridge. after splint was removed, everything was perfect. abt 3 days later, large hump appeared on one side, where the intial small bump was removed. this bump is much larger than original bump, and feels hard as bone. entire appearance of my nose appears warped. The other side of bridge that was rasped has been perfect since splint was removed. My plastic surgeon is 700 miles away. what reason could there be for this lump?
