I recently got my porcelain veneers and I love the way they look but since getting them I’ve had a great deal of jaw pain. I find myself readjusting my nite and I can feel my jaw move. I called my dentist and they advised me that it could have been from the procedure and to take ibuprofen. I was advised that if the pain doesn’t go away I’ll need to come back in. Is this normal?

Visit with your dentist. Discuss what you are feeling. They may be able to be thinned out and adjusted. They may be bulky to fill in gaps, cover up a bad defect or dark color so thinning may not be an option.
