I recommend my patients to wait at least 4 weeks before resuming their workout routine (cardio, lift, etc.).

your plan to go hiking 19 days after BBL is not a good idea.  It can significantly increase your risk for seromas.  please talk to your PS to get his/her specific recommendations.

If all goes well; I believe you can go on your hike at 3 weeks. I would check with my surgeon as only he/she knows how extensive your surgery will be.

Best is to check with your surgeon. In my opinion, fat takes at least 6-8 weeks to set in and be part of your body. Besides, that is the time where I ask my patients to discard their compression garment. Therefore, I believe that hiking is too strenuous and it may affect the long term outcome of your result.
