I'm getting liposuction to: Arms Inner outer thighs Banana rolls Abdomen Lower back With bbl. I want to go to Lake Tahoe and mostly relax and walk with maybe 1 hike 19 days post op. Short 5 miles max

I would recommend speaking to your plastic surgeon.  He/she is most familiar with your medical history and should have a detailed post op instruction sheet for you to follow.

The best way to assess and give
true advice would be an in-person exam.

I recommend my patients to wait at least 4 weeks before resuming their workout routine (cardio, lift, etc.). 
If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

your plan to go hiking 19 days after BBL is not a good idea.  It can significantly increase your risk for seromas.  please talk to your PS to get his/her specific recommendations.

If all goes well; I believe you can go on your hike at 3 weeks. I would check with my surgeon as only he/she knows how extensive your surgery will be.

Best is to check with your surgeon. In my opinion, fat takes at least 6-8 weeks to set in and be part of your body. Besides, that is the time where I ask my patients to discard their compression garment. Therefore, I believe that hiking is too strenuous and it may affect the long term outcome of your result.
