I'm In good shape, 47, 5'5", 125 LB's, my butt has basically dropped and flattened from muscle laxity. Would BBL fat grafts work for me or would I have to get implants? What's realistic for someone my age as far as long term results?

Answer: BBL for women in their 40's Thanks for your question about BBL.In my practice I have operated on several women in their 40's for Brazilian Butt Lift and noticed that they do very well. The additional volume added with the fat grafting to the buttock can significantly improve the transition from the waist and hips to the buttock. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon to receive a detailed exam and receive sound advice.Best WishesCheers, Steven Camp MD, #HappyCamperMD

Answer: BBL First, you need to be examined in person. If you have adequate donor sites, then perhaps you can achieve your goal.
