Right now I weight 180 but I plan on going to the military a year later. I need to be 155 to get in. But I would need all my fat to get best results. What should I do? Keep or lose the weight. My main concern is if I keep it, will I lose by new booty? Or if I lose it my results wouldn't be as good

Answer: Phyiscal exam needed There simply is not enough information here to give you any meaningful advice. A physical exam is really needed to make any recommendations. The amount of volume that can be added to your buttock will be limited by the amount of excess fat you have in your donor sites. The contour that can be achieved can be determined also by a physical exam. The posterior flanks are a great reservoir of donor fat for the BBL procedure. The BBL procedure involves harvest fat from areas of your body where there is excess fat and injecting that fat carefully into the central zone of your buttock. In addition, it involves liposculpting the buttock to facilitate a more rounded look. The common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy. Answer: BBL in Stockon HiThanks for your question. This is really a Catch 22. If you lose the weight now, then you won't have as much fat for transfer, and if you do the BBL now and then lose more weight, your buttock may get smaller. An in office exam would really help in terms of trying to help you make a decision. The fat that is transferred to the buttock typically lasts forever and will only fluctuate with significant weight gains. I would likely suggest that you get the BBL now, and maybe even go a little bigger than you would like. That way when you lose some weight down the road you will have a little cushion (no pun intended) room. Good Luck
