Hello, I had a BA done and I'm 2 weeks PO. I noticed a hard small lump near my stitches which is a crease incision. I barely started massaging this week. It's on my right boob and directly next to the end of the stitch. Thanks in advance!

Answer: Normal healing At this point in your recovery, it is common to feel the scar that surround the suture material. This should settle down without much difficulty over the next 6 months.

Answer: Hard lump near incision stitch after BA. Is it normal? Hard to say what it could be without examining it, but based on what you wrote, it could be a stitch or a spitting suture. Don't pick at it but go see your surgeon as she/he will be able to determine whether it is something that needs to be addressed immediately or will subside as you heal. ac
