It looks like you had a hair transplant surgery. There isn't much you can tell or how it may turn out based on photos alone.  It may take 6 to 12 months before you can tell if it was successful. 

To me it seems to be fine. I looks pretty normal and I think you'll have a good result. It's always important to know that a second procedure to improve density is a common reality in hair transplantation. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon, follow carefully all the post op instructions and wait for your final results.

The post op picture seems to be in line with most of us have. The hair would have shed off by now as a result of which it is not advisable to comment on the density part. And also the exact look can be commented upon after a year only once all the hair would have come back. The direction seems to be fine.....The best thing would be discuss with your doctor again about your concerns and get them resolved...

Shedding happens starting at about 1 week and extends to 4 weeks, so what you are looking at is not anything like the day of surgery or what it will look like after it is fully grown in. What I see looks ok to me.
