If only skin tightening was performed, the timing of your treatment seems sufficient. The treatment time for exilis depends on what the goal is. If it is just to tighten skin than 15 mins should be adequate. The important thing is that the tissue is brought up to a certain temperature and kept at that temperature for a period of time. The time it takes to get to the correct temperature may vary from patient to patient.
When doing the abdomen for skin tightening the hand piece has no cooling and thus heats the dermis more than the deeper fat. The skin tightening part when done along with a fat reduction is only 4.5 minutes and that's after the fat reduction which is in my practice about 20 min. So in your case the tightening alone at 15 min is a decent time. Give it a good 3 months to see the real difference though.
