38. Mildly crepe-y inner thigh skin from rapid weight loss. What would help most? Microneedling? Fraxel? Thermitight? Ultherapy/Ulthera? I am now weight lifting religiously and this change only happened two months ago. Does that matter or help?
Answer: Morpheus8 is great for skin tightening all around the body. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: What's Right for Crepey Inner Thigh Skin? Fraxel, ThermiTight, Ultherapy and Microneedling Can All Improve Crepey Skin There is not one answer as to which treatment is best for your crepey thighs. Everything depends on your skin quality and the degree of laxity you currently have. I'm assuming you noticed the crepeiness after you lost weight from your exercise routine. You would need to be evaluated in person to determine which therapy is best for you, or if a combination treatment is most appropriate. Be sure to consult a board-certified dermatologist who can offer you a choice between Fraxel, ThermiTight, Ultherapy, Microneedling or a combination of two or more of these to make the improvement you desire.

Answer: Thigh Tightening -- VASER HI DEF, ThermiRF, Profound, Venus Legacy/Exilis/Cellutone, Vanquish/Coolsculpting, Kybella I recommend a combination approach for this area. Sometimes a procedure like Thermi and VASER lipo can do give improvement to the thighs followed by RF tightening like exilis. Sometimes a combination of in office procedures like profound, venus legacy, vanquish, coolsculpting and thermage can give improvement. I recommend getting a formal consultation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: End goals and start picture- Fraxel laser vs others. A consult with a surgical dermatologist or plastics is needed as we need to understand your end goals and more about not only the creepy skin, but more about you and your lifestyle. Downtime plays a role. The solution maybe surgical, laser, RF or a combination of these modalities. A reputable Specialist will give the best outcome. Its NEVER about the device, but all about the Specialist to deliver. All the best, Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia
