Can a congenital nevus in the outer corner of the eye be removed?

I have a congenital nevus that measures about 1.57 cm in the outer corner of my eye. Is it possible to remove it? Will it cause disfigurement? What would be the best option? What woud be the average cost?

It would be best to have th emole properly analysed  both by dermascopy and also a possible biopsy. Discuss with a dermatological surgeon
