What is the best procedure to remove this mole from my nose? I've had it for about 19 years now, I'm 37 and it seems to be getting bigger. I saw a dermatologist but she said removing it would mess with my "nostril circumference". I hate it and am very embarrassed by it. It is a raised mole and as you can see in the picture very dark in color. I just want it gone. Help

I recommend following up with your cosmetic dermatologist for after care. I recommend a combination of growth factors, silicone, and vitamin c at this time with sun protection.  See an expert.  Lasers should be started in 3 weeks after procedure.  Best, Dr. Emer

There is a simple answer here.  See a doctor.  I am not a fan of the removal creams because of these reactions and, more important, because you don't know what you are removing.  I would hate to think of anybody using this cream on a melanoma.
