I have several flat moles on my face that I wan t get rid of. I tried to remove them by putting garlic on them, it did remove the moles but scarred my face and the moles came back again.

There is a simple answer here. See a doctor. I am not a fan of the removal creams because of these reactions and, more important, because you don't know what you are removing. I would hate to think of anybody using this cream on a melanoma.
