I have several flat moles on my face that I wan t get rid of. I tried to remove them by putting garlic on them, it did remove the moles but scarred my face and the moles came back again.

Thank you for submitting pictures with your inquiry.  It is best you do not to try and use a "home remedy" on your skin, facial skin at that.  Schedule a skin exam with a board certified dermatologist in your area.  There are several options at treating skin discolorations and mole removal, but you must be evaluated for the best treatment plan for your skin. Many dark spots are just discolorations which can be removed with chemical peels or bleaching creams. Some spots are actual flat moles which need either electrofulguration or laser or liquid nitrogen treatments.
