Can your breasts get bigger years past puberty?

Breasts can grow with time and fluctuate, especially in response to weight change.  However, you should also be careful to rule out anything serious, and get it checked by your regular doctor and probably get a mammogram as well.

This is something that should be evaluated by the gynecologist that you see or an endocrinologist if the gynecologist just gave your cursory clearance, especially since it is unilateral.
