Breast reduction: Nipples dropping lower. Is this likely to change?

technique, you will appreciate settling and rounding out of your inferior pole,  With this, your nipple will rotate upwards from your current position.  But if you are not appreciating some improvements with time, you should ask your surgeon for more reassurances as settling is a progressive phenomenon.  Finally, you should also know that your surgeon should share your desires for the best outcome possible since you are a reflection of his/her work and should be motivated to help you be the happiest that you can be.

I think your surgeon is correct in saying the breasts are going to change from this early stage and it's a little soon to judge the final result.  Based on these photos early in your recovery I suspect you will have a nice result.

Nipples are maybe a little low but the bottom of your breast will stretch out, called bottoming out, which will cause your nipples to look like they are centralized.
