I'm 225 at 5'9. My bra size is a 40 I. My boobs are very dense. After 1000cc are removed, will i still have some boobs left? Can anyone give a estimate cup size?
Answer: Will I still have some boob left after 1000cc removal? Your size is exceptionally large. There is a limit to how far the nipple can be moved and still survive. The technique used for your surgery will most likely require removal and replacement of the nipple/ areola complex by a full thickness graft. Your cup size can only be determined by the post-op result and the company you go to for your bra shopping. There is standard relationship between breast surgery result and cup size. So the answer- is --yes- you will have some BREAST left and in the right hands it should look really good

Answer: Will I still have some boob left after 1000cc removal? Thank you for the question. Based on your pictures and description, you may be an excellent candidate for breast reduction surgery. This operation tends to be one of the most patient pleasing operations we perform. “Typical” patients who present for breast reduction surgery are women who have disproportionately large breasts, causing problems such as neck/back/shoulder discomfort, postural changes, bra strap grooving, skin irritation/rashes under the breasts, and/or difficulty with activities of daily living and/or exercise etc. There may be both physical as well as psychosocial “stress” caused by the disproportionately large breasts.Reducing breast tissue mass and elevating the breasts on the chest wall tend to improve or alleviate many of the symptoms associated with the disproportionately large breasts. Patients considering breast reduction surgery should also consider the potential downsides (risks/complications) associated with the procedure as well. Poor scarring, for example may be associated with the procedure. Additional surgery may be necessary in the short or longer term for a multitude of reasons. When the time is right, I suggest that you seek consultation with well experienced plastic surgeons who can demonstrate significant experience achieving the types of outcomes you would be pleased with. To this end, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to see lots of examples of their work and preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.Once you have chosen your plastic surgeon carefully, it will be important for you to communicate her goals carefully as well. In my practice, I asked patients to use as many “visual aids”, such as goal photographs, during the communication process. Avoid the use of subjective terms; for example, "B or C cup” and/or “ as small as possible"… these terms can be confusing, since they may mean different things to different people. Once you have communicated your goals, your chosen plastic surgeon will be able to provide you with a more precise plan, including specific technique (and an estimation of much tissue will need to be removed) to be utilized.I hope this, and the attached link/video (dedicated to breast reduction surgery concerns), helps. Best wishes.

Answer: 1000g Reduction You will definitely have a significant amount of breast tissue after 1000g reduction, however the quality is difficult to assess from a photo. A volumetric 3D scan eg Crisalix may help.

Answer: 1000g breast reduction Thank you for your question and photos. Congratulations on your upcoming breast reduction surgery! You are going to feel like a new woman.Yes, you will have plenty of breast tissue left after a 1000 g reduction. I'm betting your surgeon may actually end up taking even more than that, depending on your desired final size. I noticed that a colleague mentioned a free nipple graft (removing the nipple and replacing it as a graft). In large breasts like yours, that certainly is an option, but is not mandatory for success.Best wishes,Dr. Kavali
