I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting, and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. I suggest seeing a facial sculpting expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer

Good Morning! If you have concern for facial paralysis, you should seek consultation with an ENT surgeon who can evaluate you. If no paralysis or paresis, then you may have inherent asymmetry of your face which is more common than many people believe. Fillers can provide a nice option to get better symmetry of the face. The areas that are deeper or with less volume can be filled. Many hyaluronic acid fillers are great for accomplishing this result. Hope that helps!
You do not have facial paralysis. The unevenness or asymmetry in the face that you see is absolutely normal in every individual on this planet. If you simply look at even the most beautiful people whose photographs are in magazines, or on TV, you will see exactly the same form of asymmetry. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.

The changes that concern you may be from the Botox. If it is you should notice improvement soon. The treatment typically lasts 3 to 4 months, but may be longer for some. If you do not notice improvement you can consider dissolving the fillers with hyaluronidase to see if that helps.
